$100k Pre-Seed funding raised by community marketing SaaS startup Serri

Startup Serri, which provides community marketing SaaS, has raised $100K from well-known investors from India, Singapore, and Japan, including Shiru Startups, Rishav Agarwal (founder of Picxele), and Krishnamani Kanan (co-founder of Deliver.sg). It has also received support from Google, Deshpande Startups, and Riidl startup programs.

According to a press release from the company, the funds will be used to quicken the product roadmap and penetrate the US and Southeast Asian markets. Serri is also seeking engineering talent to collaborate with.

Saad Jamal, Mohammad Wasil, Amit Dubey, and Shubham Raj founded SerriOS in 2022 with the goal of assisting brands in leveraging communities through the use of multi-platform dashboards and AI chatbots that sync communities across WhatsApp, Discord, and business applications like CRMs.

The company’s mission is to enable brands, companies, leaders, educators, and creators to engage with their communities on the broadest possible scales.

According to SerriOS, it has more than 250 communities with more than 500,000 people on its waiting list. It is currently operating three significant paid-pilot projects with companies like D2C Insider, Truxport, and Unsnarl, which is backed by Antler.

Serri, based in Haldwani (Uttarakhand), most recently triumphed over more than 15,000 startups in Eureka, Asia’s largest business model competition, which was run by IIT Bombay.
