$2 M Seed funding secured by SG-based EkkBaz
EkkBaz, a B2B marketplace located in Singapore, stated that it is aiming to raise $2 million in a seed fundraising round.
The corporation reportedly stated that over the past year, its revenues had increased by 46%. Within the same span, the value of its total gross merchandise increased 200 times.
EkkBaz, which was founded a year ago, gives access to financial aid, assists small businesses with inventory, and enables them to run their operations online. The company offers a buy-now, pay-later product in addition to shipping and warehousing services.
The business joined the Singapore FinTech Association in October of this year, working with the organization to embrace and advance best practices in the nation’s fintech sector.
Enam Chowdhury and Zobaida Sultana established EkkBaz. Chowdhury, who currently serves as the business’s CEO, was formerly the head of the Singapore IT company Enam. Sultana, meanwhile, held the same job at Enam before taking the managing director post at EkkBaz.
