SaaS platform Shipturtle raised Rs 3.5 Cr Seed funding from IPV
A seed round of funding led by Inflection Point Ventures netted SaaS platform Shipturtle Rs 3.5 crore.
In a press release, Shipturtle stated that the money will be used to improve its technology and increase its customer base globally.
The Sharad Kabra-founded company Shipturtle’s plugin seamlessly integrates with well-known cart solutions like Shopify and WooCommerce. It facilitates the no-code onboarding process that connects brands and marketplace participants (including B2C, B2B, C2C, hyperlocal, and social platforms) with other brands on Shipturtle’s brand directory. Once connected, Shipturtle manages all the processes relating to goods, inventory, orders, and payments, making it simple for marketplaces and brands to expand their operations.
With the help of Shipturtle, thousands of brands will have access to more selling channels besides Amazon and Flipkart, democratizing e-commerce. Any brand can seamlessly offer complementary brands to its customers using Shipturtle, increasing AOV, conversions, and revenue while lowering CAC. All of this can be done with no outlay of funds or risk.
According to Shipturtle, the platform is used by more than 750 brands operating marketplaces in more than 50 countries. Kabra, the company’s founder, also co-founded myBageecha.com and gabbarfarms.com.
