Engagesoft raises Pre-Seed funding
Jordan: Engagesoft, a Jordan-based employee engagement SaaS platform, has announced that a six-figure Pre-Seed investment from angel investors in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Engagesoft officially began operating in the last quarter of 2020 in Amman.
Engagesoft was founded by a team with backgrounds in software engineering, organizational psychology, and statistical analysis to tackle the challenge of creating an employee engagement assessment and diagnostic platform. The platform has launched amidst growing corporate recognition in the region that business growth is fueled by higher levels of employee engagement and happiness. Yet, business leaders also recognize that getting a clear grasp of employee happiness can be hard and even harder to improve.

The startup states that its platform differentiates itself from traditional services that perform annual engagement surveys by its real-time, action-oriented approach to measuring engagement. Engagesoft provides agile organizations with a pulse survey methodology that gathers data on an on-going basis about the state of engagement as well as the drivers of it. Employee engagement survey results are presented into dashboards that are designed to provide business leaders with actionable insights broken down by the various segments of employees. Additionally, the platform analyses comment entered by the employees and extracts alerts to make it easier for companies to take action when needed.
Engagesoft’s features include pulse survey dispatcher, engagement heatmap analysis, employee lifecycle analysis, org chart analysis, employee exit analysis, employee comments analysis, and diagnostic alerts.
