Adara Inc to be acquired by SaaS solution provider RateGain

Adara Inc. (Adara) will be acquired by RateGain Travel Technologies Limited (RateGain), a global supplier of SaaS solutions for travel and hospitality, through an asset acquisition agreement.

The most complete travel-intent and data platform in the world will be created by the Silicon Valley-based worldwide leader in predictive consumer intelligence enhancing its AI-powered DaaS (Data as a Service) and Martech solutions.

It is crucial for marketers and commercial teams to consider strategies to effectively capture intent and target the right audience given the substantial influence that digital channels have on travel decisions in order to maximize the return on their marketing spending.

The acquisition will also give RateGain access to a select group of more than 50+ Destination Marketing Organizations in the United States, strengthening and consolidating its position among commercial teams in top hotel chains, airlines, and car rental companies that collaborate with both Adara and RateGain.

Adara and RateGain will work with 700+ partners across 100+ countries to create the most comprehensive travel-intent platform that processes over 200 billion ARI updates, manages close to 30 billion data points, and works with the industry as a whole to understand intent, target them, and convert them.
