Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Veranda Administrative Learning Solutions Private Limited, Veranda Learning Solutions, a publicly traded edtech company, is buying and investing in seven businesses.
Educare Infrastructure, Six Phrase, SmartBridge, Talent Academy & Publications, Phire Learning, and BAssure are among the organizations that will fall under the purview of Veranda Learning Solutions.
According to a press release from Veranda, these acquisitions are worth more than Rs 400 crore in total. Additionally, it stated that these acquisitions would result in pro forma EBITDA for Veranda Learning of more than Rs 100 crores for FY 23–24 and 50 crores for FY 23–24.
Veranda could increase its access to the K–12 and higher education markets by purchasing Educare Infra. It will expand operations to offer management services for numerous schools using its knowledge of learning management systems gained through Veranda Labs and synergies from the current Veranda business.
With this association, Veranda will now be able to add Velammal Nexus School, BVM Schools, Chettinad Public School, IIM Raipur, IIM Shillong, and Purdue University, USA to its list of colleges and schools that it services.
