Digital content-creation tool provider BintanGo secured $2.2 M in Seed extension round

In a seed extension round that included Investible, Contents Technologies, and other investors, BintanGo, which offers tools for digital content creators in Indonesia, raised US $2.2 million.

This brings the organization’s overall funding raised to $4.8 million. In June 2021 and April 2022, respectively, the startup closed pre-seed rounds totaling US $500,000 and US $2.1 million.

According to a statement from CEO and co-founder Jason Lee, BintanGo intends to expand its services to live commerce platforms with the most recent investment. Currently, the business offers financial assistance to content producers as well as productivity and monetization tools.

With platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and YouTube, BintanGo wants to enable live commerce. According to the business, Central Jakarta is home to 15 live commerce studios.

Since its September 2021 launch, Lee told the media, BintanGo has onboarded more than 75,000 creators. These creators received over US $2.3 million in platform payments over the course of the previous 12 months.
