HeyoPhone asserts that it plays a crucial part in helping organizations conform to the ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) framework and accelerate the digitization of small businesses.
The Delhi-based startup claims to have experienced exponential growth since its early 2023 launch, surpassing 100,000 KYCs and more than 10,000 paying customers.
MyOperator, an Indian cloud communications provider, is the backbone of HeyoPhone. MyOperator, which was founded in 2013 by Ankit and Pratik Jain, provides corporate clients with enterprise mobility solutions and omnichannel call center software. The company has over 10,000 clients.
