India Quotient led $2.5 M Seed funding raised by online content marketplace Pep
Pep, an online marketplace for content that is focused on mobile devices, has raised $2.5 million in its seed round from India Quotient and other notable angel investors like Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal from Meesho, Kunal Shah from CRED, and Farooq Adam from Fynd. The round also included participation from Parag Bhide, Sambhav Mehrotra, Sridhar Subramanian, Ravindra Yadav, and Sargun Gulati.
According to a press release from Pep, the money will be used to concentrate on product development, accelerate user growth, launch branding campaigns, and hire more staff.
Pep is a one-stop shop platform that allows users to purchase PDFs, videos, and audio files in addition to live sessions and one-on-one online consultations. It was founded in early 2023 by IIT graduates Nav Agrawal and Swapnil Upadhyay.
