VC firm Cactus Partners leads $7 M Series A funding in Brandworks Technologies

Cactus Partners (CPL), an early-growth venture capital firm, led a $7 million (Rs 61 crore) Series A round in Brandworks Technologies, a rapidly expanding electronics R&D and manufacturing business.
The Hira Group, Legacy Assets, and Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL) also participated in the round.
Expanding R&D facilities, breaking into important international markets, investing in next-generation product platforms, and scaling up production with new, highly efficient production lines are all planned uses for the new funding. In order to improve its capacity for innovation, it also intends to recruit elite engineering and operations personnel.
In addition to providing solutions for AI hardware, IoT, advanced audio systems, charging technologies, financial devices, surveillance systems, and renewable energy products, Brandworks was founded by Ishwar Kumhar and Nikita Kumawat and focuses on designing and manufacturing next-generation electronics.
The company collaborates with top global chipmakers to co-create technology, emphasizing customer success, manufacturing accuracy, and design excellence.
This is Cactus Partners’ third investment in the manufacturing sector and its eleventh investment from its initial fund. Prior investments were made in businesses such as Lohum, Indigrid, Intangles, and Vitraya.
