Vecton AI raises Rs 6 Cr Pre-seed funding from Zeropearl VC

In a pre-seed funding round headed by Zeropearl VC and involving additional investors, Vecton AI, an AI transformation partner with a focus on financial institutions, raised Rs 6 crore.

According to a press release from Vecton AI, the money raised will be utilized to improve customer experiences, support decision-making, strengthen its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, increase its presence throughout the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industry, and expedite the development of enterprise-ready AI solutions.

Vecton AI, which Himanshu Goyal and Gaurav Mandlecha founded last year, collaborates with financial institutions to develop AI and autonomous agent systems that are compliant and ready for production. The Bengaluru-based business assists enterprise and mid-market BFSI clients in advancing AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to manufacturing.

The startup concentrates on the disconnect between AI research and practical application. It collaborates with business teams to find business use cases, develop tailored AI solutions, and implement them in real-world production settings.

Its Forward Deployed Engineer concept is intended to match AI solutions with company objectives, operational needs, and business priorities. The strategy aims to assist organizations in implementing AI in operational workflows and moving beyond proof-of-concept projects.

Vecton AI presently has ten clients, including a number of publicly traded corporations, and states that it only works with mid-market and enterprise financial institutions. All of these clients use its AI solutions in real-world production settings.

The funding comes at a time when investors are still supporting financial services-related AI projects. Navanc, which raised Rs 10.5 crore in a pre-Series A investment to construct AI-native banking infrastructure, is one example of recent fundraising activity. Kalpi, an AI-powered investment platform, has also secured initial funding.

In June 2026, ten deals totaling $935.5 million were raised by Indian financial businesses at the larger ecosystem level. Startups developing AI solutions for banks, insurers, lenders, and other BFSI organizations have also received funding, with investors showing interest in areas like automation, compliance, and enterprise decision-making.
