Pentathlon Ventures led Rs 17 Cr Seed funding raised by industrial AI startup Intellithink

Pentathlon Ventures led the Rs 17 crore seed round for Intellithink, an industrial AI startup that focuses on machine health and energy efficiency. Pentathlon Ventures contributed Rs 6.5 crore through its India Fund II. Veltis Capital and Anicut Capital also took part.
The money will be used by the company to accelerate the commercialization of its AI platform and grow its clientele in India and the Middle East.
Intellithink, which was founded in 2017 by Sridhar Venugopal and Aswin Venu, offers an IoT-enabled platform for fault diagnosis, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance to increase industrial efficiency.
Its flagship product, Intellivibe, helps avoid unscheduled downtime by detecting machine faults using AI and proprietary sensors. By the middle of 2026, the company intends to introduce an electrical health solution for rotating equipment.
According to Intellithink, it has worked with more than 50 companies, such as Adani, JSW Steel, and Jindal Steel, and it is gaining popularity in foreign markets.
The startup faces competition from UptimeAI, Augury, Nanoprecise, and Infinite Uptime.
