Health QSR chain Acai Theory raises Rs 4 Cr Pre-seed funding from All In Capital, others

The health-focused quick service restaurant (QSR) brand Acai Theory has raised Rs 4 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital, with participation from TDV Partners and a number of well-known angel investors, including Harpreet Grover, Anurag Prasad, Fragaria CEO Harish Varadarajan, and former Zomato Food Delivery COO Rinshul Chandra.
According to a press release from Acai Theory, the money raised will be used for growth, team building, and brand awareness in addition to bolstering its R&D and supply chain.
Açaí Theory is a health-first açaí QSR brand that was co-founded in 2025 by Rishav Ranjan and Akash Kyal with the goal of revolutionizing the way consumers perceive healthy eating. Nutrient-dense, decadent, and healthful açaí bowls are the focal point of the brand’s superfood-led menu.
With nutrient-dense açaí bowls, the Bengaluru-based startup hopes to create a health-conscious yet decadent QSR platform that bridges the gap between taste, nutrition, and convenience. Speed and consistency are made possible by the brand’s QSR-first, assembly-only business model, which eliminates live cooking.
According to Açaí Theory, since its October 2025 launch, it has served more than 10,000 bowls at its flagship location in Bengaluru. The QSR menu offers a variety of açaí bowls, smoothies, and superfood-based snacks that are centered around açaí, a popular Amazonian superfood from Brazil.
The startup intends to expand to eight to ten locations throughout Bengaluru, establish a central kitchen to guarantee uniform quality, and use AI-driven technologies in conjunction with digital SOPs to promote operational effectiveness and scalability across locations.
It might face direct or indirect competition from other startups in this market, like Temple of the Senses, Acai By The Bay, and Lyfberry.
