Omniverse Africa Summit 3.0 set for Lagos by The Wole Soyinka Centre

The Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts in Lagos will host the Omniverse Africa Summit 3.0 from June 2–5, bringing together leaders in the fields of technology, entrepreneurship, policy, and the creative industries.

An ecosystem platform called Omniverse Africa brings together stakeholders to promote cooperation, investment, and innovation throughout Africa. The Omniverse Africa Summit, its premier event, unites institutions and leaders to promote useful results for the digital and creative economy of the continent.

The summit continues to grow as a high-impact platform influencing Africa’s digital and creative economy, building on the success of earlier iterations. Over 30,000 people from more than 20 countries have attended Omniverse events thus far, with over 180 speakers and more than 80 partners from the public and private sectors, academic institutions, development organizations, and the creative and digital industries.

The four-day summit this year will take place in Lagos from June 2–5 and will include a dynamic, multi-track program aimed at fostering innovation, connecting people, and educating.

“The Omniverse Africa Summit is a global facing platform that brings together the key actors shaping Africa’s digital and creative economy, from government and investors to founders, talent, and industry leaders. With Summit 3.0, we are raising the bar by creating a space where ideas translate into partnerships, capital flows, and real opportunities that drive impact across the continent and beyond,” said Charles Emembolu, co-convener of Omniverse Africa.
