Lightspeed led $2.1 M Pre-seed funding raised by Gushwork.ai

With participation from B Capital, Sparrow Capital, Seaborne Capital, and Beenext, Gushwork.ai, which offers a platform for small and medium-sized businesses to get on-demand access to cross-border, has raised $2.1 million in pre-seed funding. Lightspeed served as the lead investor.

According to a press release from the company, the funds will be used to propel its upcoming phase of growth and develop new product features while keeping the core team small and adaptable.

Gushwork.ai, which was founded by Nayrhit Bhattacharya and Adithya Venkatesh, gives businesses a dependable way to assign crucial operational tasks by fusing the best of human and artificial intelligence. The business is creating a curated marketplace of a human task force that has been AI-trained and is capable of carrying out complicated business processes with ease. Leaving routine tasks to Gush enables businesses to concentrate on strategic tasks.

Over 50 businesses have reportedly adopted the startup’s product in just the first three months of operation, indicating that there is already a sizable demand for it. According to the company, these early adopters have transferred more than 200 time-consuming workflows to Gush, saving 1000 person-hours each week.

To accelerate its growth and create a global network of remote AI experts, Gushwork.ai plans to invest this money in content-led organic marketing, personal branding channels, as well as the development of new features.
