Piper Serica led Rs 10 Cr Seed funding raised by AIoT startup Ubiqedge

In a seed funding round headed by Piper Serica, full-stack AIoT startup Ubiqedge has raised Rs 10 crore. Atomberg CEO and co-founder Shibam Das and Sumit Chhazed also participated.
The money will be used to expand its network of system integrators and OEM partners, improve AI capabilities, and scale deployments across solar, water, air quality, construction, and other industrial use cases.
Visat Patel, Archit Khandelwal, Akhilesh Thorat, and Hetvi Shah founded Ubiqedge in March 2024 with the goal of developing an operating system for industrial infrastructure. Critical infrastructure can be monitored, controlled, and optimized in real time thanks to its AI-powered software layer SAMASTH and hardware platform KLEON.
The company’s solutions, which help businesses increase productivity and comply with regulations, include construction, solar energy, water management, and air quality monitoring.
Ubiqedge uses an integrated hardware and software stack that transforms real-time data into actionable insights and automated controls to address fragmented systems, manual monitoring, inefficiencies, and delayed decision-making.
According to the startup, it has reduced issue resolution timelines by more than 80% and digitized more than 23,000 borewells.
It faces off against players like Datoms, Kristnam, Teltonika, and Samsara.
