Wealth advisory startup HyperNorm AI raises $2.2 M Seed funding

A seed funding round led by SenseAI Ventures and Capital 2B has brought in $2.2 million for a wealth management AI driven startup HyperNorm AI. Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors like Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek also contributed to the round.
The new funding will be utilized to boost the company’s engineering and AI research teams, speed up product development, and increase its presence in the US and other important international markets.
Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain founded HyperNorm AI in 2024 with the goal of developing a decision intelligence platform for wealth advisors and registered investment advisors (RIAs). The platform assists advisors in keeping an eye on a large number of client portfolios, determining which portfolios need attention, comprehending the underlying factors, and choosing courses of action that are in line with each client’s investment mandate.
The business claims that its AI-driven causal reasoning engine analyzes market events, assesses how they affect client portfolios, and converts those insights into clear, understandable recommendations. The platform is intended to handle the increasing complexity of wealth management, where advisors are managing portfolios that include foreign exchange, stocks, fixed income, structured products, and alternatives.
According to HyperNorm AI, it presently caters to paying customers in the US, Singapore, and India. Jain had previously led engineering teams at Verloop, Embibe, CommonFloor, and British Telecom, while Faldu had leadership positions at Meta, McKinsey, Embibe, Veveo, and Runa prior to starting the startup.
