With Rs 400 Cr in pledges, Inflexor Ventures closes its first Rs 1,250 Cr Fund III

With pledges of Rs 400 crore against its target corpus of Rs 1,250 crore, venture capital business Inflexor Ventures announced the first closure of its third fund, the Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund.

International institutional investors participate in the fund, which is supported by the Self-Reliant India (SRI) Fund, HDFC Asset Management Company, and HDFC AMC Select AIF FoF.

Science, engineering, and technology startups in the pre-Series A and Series A phases will receive investments from Fund III. The company intends to establish a portfolio of 22–25 enterprises and make initial checks totaling Rs 15–45 crore.

Inflexor Ventures claims that the new fund would continue to focus on technology-driven companies with significant barriers to entry while giving more weight to Series A investments.

Fund III anticipates announcing its first investments in the upcoming weeks and has already started allocating resources.

Inflexor Ventures, which was founded by Venkat Vallabhaneni, Jatin Desai, and Pratip Mazumdar, oversees about Rs 1,300 crore in assets and has supported over 25 firms, including Atomberg, Bellatrix Aerospace, CloudSEK, CredFlow, Kale Logistics, and PlayShifu.
