In a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Lumis Partners, Virender Rana, Lenskart co-founder Amit Chaudhary, Padmaja Ruparel, Cashkaro co-founder Rohan Bhargava, Rajat Jain, and other investors, the accounting and tax management platform Febi.ai has raised $2 million.
According to a press release from Febi.ai, the money will be used to develop the company’s artificial intelligence capabilities so that it can automate accounting and tax compliance procedures, increase customer acquisition, and grow its workforce.
Amit Jindal, Saurabh Jain, Ashu Goel, and Rahul Bansal co-founded Febi.ai in 2022. The company uses artificial intelligence (AI) to do away with the difficulties associated with manual data entry, accounting errors, and invoice verification. The platform gives founders and entrepreneurs real-time business insights to help them make more confident decisions while automating documentation management and tax compliance.
The Gurugram-based business wants to help teams and end users of current accounting and tax compliance platforms by providing real-time solutions to their problems. According to its description, the platform was created by the community of chartered accountants and will provide practical solutions for managing accounting and tax compliance, as well as real-time insights, to both the community of CAs and entrepreneurs.
To guarantee flawless management of all accounting, tax compliance, and finance operations in real time, Febi employs a state-of-the-art AI/ML platform in conjunction with a group of seasoned domain experts, including CAs and personal accountants. It also uses a personal accountant to provide strategic financial guidance and support.
