AI computing solutions provider Tsavorite raises $5 M Series A funding from Pavestone

Tsavorite, a provider of AI computing solutions, has raised $5 million (Rs 46.65 crore) in a Series A funding round headed by Pavestone.
On February 14, 2025, the startup raised $17.9 million in a seed funding round.
According to a press release from the company, the new funds will be utilized for future expansion plans and product development.
Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence, which Shalesh Thusoo founded in 2023, is constructing an Omni Processing Unit (OPU) for the semiconductor industry with the goal of facilitating AI inference, training, and reinforcement learning.
The company’s OPU can be configured for various power and performance requirements across edge, enterprise, and data center applications. It combines CPU, GPU, memory, and connectivity into a single device.
Additionally, Tsavorite provides an integrated open software stack that makes it easier to deploy AI, allowing developers to run models without the need for proprietary dependencies or code rewrites.
