AI-driven SaaS startup Radarr Technologies acquired by Genesys
Radarr Technologies, an AI-driven SaaS startup, has agreed to be acquired by US software giant Genesys for an undisclosed sum. It is anticipated that the acquisition will close in 2025’s first quarter.
Ram Bhamidi and Prerna Pant co-founded Radarr Technologies, formerly known as Circus Social, in Singapore in 2013.
Using data visualizations, dashboards, and insights reporting, it assists businesses in making decisions that are informed by pertinent, real-time online conversations occurring on social media and other digital platforms. Genesys said that Radarr’s technology will expand its customer engagement offerings with the acquisition.
The AI-powered technology from Genesys enhances employee experiences while connecting customer movements across marketing, sales, and service channels.
“As consumers increasingly turn to social media platforms to connect with brands for support, these channels become a crucial and largely untapped opportunity for organizations to engage with customers and glean valuable business insights,” Tony Bates, Genesys CEO and chairman said.
In 2021, Radarr Technologies completed a pre-series A round that raised US $1 million. It is present not only in Singapore and India but also in Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, the US, and the Middle East.
