B2B platform launched by Egyptian e-commerce startup Kemitt

Kemitt, an Egyptian e-commerce firm, has launched a new B2B platform as part of its diversification strategy following great development in the B2C market.

Kemitt, which was founded in 2017, is a marketplace that links product and furniture designers with customers while also handling manufacturing, overhead, and last-mile transportation.

Customers may access over 30,000 SKUs through the online platform, which also offers on-demand production and 7–12-day delivery to their home.

Kemitt has created a B2B marketplace for furniture, home accessories, and materials, after raising a six-figure US dollar initial capital round a year ago. By providing an all-in-one platform where businesses can explore, find, and request bids for items from over 400 vendors, the platform makes procurement simple. Users will also be able to choose from a variety of financial and payment choices.

“We are pleased to be able to announce the launch of our new B2B platform. This will be a real game-changer in the furniture industry and we are genuinely excited about the way it is going to bring together manufacturers, suppliers, businesses, microfinancing leaders, and all the industry stakeholders in one place. This is an important step in the evolution of our business,” said Mahmoud Fouad, Kemitt’s CEO and co-founder.
