B2B procurement startup Prowrrap raises Rs 4 Cr Seed funding

In a seed round led by Calance Software Pvt Ltd and Amit Govil, Prowrrap, a Delhi-based B2B procurement platform for packaging materials, warehouse assets, and turnkey projects, has raised Rs 4 crore.

In order to further accelerate growth, the brand intends to raise a Series A round within the next 18 to 24 months.

The money raised will be utilized to expand distribution networks throughout India, improve technology capabilities for more intelligent procurement, and increase attention to MSMEs, e-commerce, fresh and natural produce (FnV), and speedy commerce.

Prowrrap is a design-to-distribution procurement platform that streamlines supply chain operations for MSMEs and high-growth businesses. It was founded in 2024 by brothers Sagar K. Saxena and Rishabh K. Saxena.

By the next fiscal year, the firm hopes to have expanded to 25 cities, having already served clients in tier-I and a few tier-II cities. Its unified platform seeks to provide MSMEs and enterprises with a dependable partner in scaling operations by addressing procurement bottlenecks through speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

The packaging market in India is estimated to be worth $101 billion and is expected to grow to $170 billion by 2030, according to market research. Adjacencies such as warehouse automation are also expected to grow at a 16% CAGR.
