B2B2C platform Fresh From Farm raised $2 M Pre-series A funding

The pre-Series A round of Fresh From Farm, a B2B2C platform for fresh fruit demand, has raised $2 million under the direction of Lucky Investments founder Ashish Kacholia. Additionally involved in the round is Inflection Point Ventures.

The funds will be utilized to launch new product lines, grow the team, and improve technology.

Early investors received a partial exit from Fresh From Farm that yielded returns exceeding 400%. In November 2022, the company’s initial investor IPV led a Rs 3 crore seed round.

Fresh From Farm, founded by Rohit Nagdewani, minimizes fresh produce waste by forecasting and generating a demand-supply equilibrium through a proprietary technological interface. Fruit vendors can now operate like mini-franchises as its flagship product, F3, sources, grades, and handles fruit for them, freeing them up to concentrate solely on sales.

By the end of this calendar year, Fresh From Farm hopes to reach an ARR of Rs 100 crore, according to their claims.

Vegrow and Ninjacart are two other noteworthy startups operating in the same industry.
