Nestroots, a modern lifestyle and home décor brand, has raised Rs 3 crore in its pre-seed funding round, which was led by BeyondSeed Singapore. Renowned D2C investor and mentor Arjun Vaidya has joined the round as a mentor as well as a participant.
As stated in a press release, Nestroots plans to use the money raised for growth and market expansion.
Chhavi Singh and Shekhar Godiyal founded the online store, which sells furniture and home decor items. It sells on a number of platforms, such as its own website and other well-known online stores that specialize in dining, tableware, and furniture.
Since its founding, the Gurugram-based startup says it has amassed over 55,000 users.
Previously, We Founder Circle (WFC), a startup investment platform, led the startup’s $100K equity and debt seed round. During Shark Tank India Season 2, Nestroots also received an investment of Rs 50 lakh against 2% equity from Namita Thapar.
