Blackstone to sell Singapore-based Interplex Datacom to Silicon Valley’s BizLink for $900 M

In an all-cash deal worth $850 million plus up to $50 million in contingent compensation, Silicon Valley-based BizLink Holding is scheduled to purchase Interplex Datacom, a Singapore-based Ennovi company owned by Blackstone.

BizLink stated in a statement on Wednesday that the action is intended to improve its standing in the infrastructure of AI data centers. Subject to usual closing conditions, the acquisition is anticipated to close in the second half of 2026.

Through the acquisition, BizLink’s skills in electrical and communication solutions can be combined with Interplex Datacom’s experience in mechanical and structural components for AI server racks. Additionally, by strengthening BizLink’s precision metals fabrication capabilities, the purchase will benefit its businesses in system integration assembly, medical equipment, and semiconductor enclosure.

Asia is the fastest-growing market for the deployment of AI data centers, according to Felix Teng, CEO and co-founder of BizLink. BizLink’s growth momentum is supported by Interplex Datacom’s manufacturing depth and client ties throughout the region.

Founded in 1996 and listed on the Taiwan stock exchange, BizLink plans to finance the deal with both committed loan financing from Citigroup and cash on hand.

Strong R&D skills and a manufacturing presence in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand characterize Interplex Datacom. For the twelve months ending March 31, 2026, the company made over $392 million in revenue and employed more than 1,900 people.
