Kikibix, a D2C snacking company focused on nutrition, has raised $300K in a fresh round that was led by nine unicorn founders and included Blume Ventures and US-based Angelist as well.
Varun Alagh, Vaibhav Kapoor, Garima Sawhney, Prashant Pitti, Lalit Keshre, Asish Mohapatra, Ruchi Kalra, and Abhishek Sharma are just a few of the startup and unicorn founders who contributed to the round.
Kikibix is a Gurugram-based D2C nutrition snacking startup that was founded in 2022 by Ridhi Kaur. It targets products that are typically associated with being unhealthy, such as cookies, nut butters, savoury snacks like namkeens, baked bhujia, chips, condiments like ketchup and sauces, ready-to-eat breakfast mixes, and cereals.
According to the start-up, these products are free of preservatives and chemicals, as well as refined flour, sugar, and palm oil.
The company says its monthly revenues have increased 10X over the past six months, and it intends to use the money to expand into new product categories, hire more staff, and enter more national distribution channels.
