Bower raised Rs 11.5 Cr Seed funding from HNIs, Astir Ventures

The Bower School of Entrepreneurship has secured seed funding from Astir Ventures and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) totalling Rs 11.5 crore ($1.33 million).

The growth of an AI-powered course builder platform, new collaborations with business leaders, and physical campuses in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA will all be facilitated by the proceeds.

By FY26, Bower wants to reach Rs 15 crore in revenue across all verticals and have an impact on more than 15,000 students. The institution’s revenue for the fourth quarter of FY25 was Rs 1.5 crore.

Established by Pavan Allena, Bower provides professional and student entrepreneurship courses. These include Bower LEAD for working professionals, Bower SEED for K–12 students, and the forthcoming Bower UG undergraduate program, which will begin in August 2025.

Bower has worked with more than 5,000 students thus far, recorded 1.5 crore reservations in the three months since its launch, and employs 63 faculty members and 27 team members. Bower LEAD, an executive program, is anticipated to have up to 150 participants in its four cohorts in 2025.
