With additional funding from Hash3, Antler, Future Perfect Venture, Force Ventures, CoinSwitch Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, and angel investor Balaji Srinivasan, PYOR (Power Your Own Research), a provider of high-fidelity data and insights for the global digital assets industry, has raised $4 million in its seed round. Castle Island Ventures served as the round’s lead investor.
According to a press release from the company, PYOR will improve its interpretation layer for digital assets as part of an expansion of its core infrastructure and product platform. The money will also be used to hire new employees and expand the team’s presence in India.
PYOR, which was established in August 2022, asserts to offer significant insights on digital assets via a desktop analytics interface. Analysts at multinational asset management firms, hedge funds, investment banks, wealth advisors, cryptocurrency entities (exchanges, projects), and venture capital are some of its target customer segments.
The business recently unveiled Terminal, a new product that is currently in private beta. Through a customized dashboard catered to their needs, it is a plug-and-play data terminal that enables institutions to access basic blockchain data and create private queries.
