Causal decision intelligence platform FireAI raises Rs 2.5 Cr from SucSEED Indovation Fund

The SucSEED Indovation Fund has contributed Rs 2.5 crore to FireAI, a causal decision intelligence platform.

The Mumbai-based startup had previously raised Rs 6.2 crore (about $800K) from a number of venture capital firms in January of this year, including SucSEED Indovation Fund, Inflection Point Ventures, and Venture Catalysts.

According to a news release from FireAI, the additional money will be used to assist regional expansion, bolster research and development, grow its enterprise sales staff, and cover administrative costs.

Vipul Prakash founded FireAI, a causal decision intelligence platform, in 2024 to assist businesses in transitioning from descriptive dashboards to real-time, understandable insights. The platform, which was designed for enterprise-scale deployments, offers decision-makers traceable insights by integrating with current corporate systems and supporting over 90 languages.

The company claims that FireAI assists companies in using data to extract useful insights for strategic decision-making. IRCTC, Plum, Dana Choga, Living Liquidz, Government e-Marketplace, and Noise are some of its customers.

Through conversational analytics, the platform provides business leaders with explainable insights through anomaly detection, causal chain analysis, and a natural language interface. By connecting with existing enterprise systems, it seeks to give traceable and actionable decision intelligence.

FireAI said it had 82% quarter-on-quarter rise in realized revenue and a 520% quarter-on-quarter increase in total contract value over recent quarters. According to the corporation, this increase was driven by an expanded client base throughout the logistics, banking, government, and consumer brands sectors.
