EDC has set goals of building a support system and providing a nurturing environment to the youth who is entering the startup space. It is a community that will be created with the focus on making Chandigarh a preferred IT startup place. The community once formed will give startups access to resources, mentors, and networking which will greatly help them grow.
At a meeting between entrepreneurs and Rupesh Kumar (director of Information Technology Chandigarh Admin) at the EDC building, they decided to conduct these meetings every month to strengthen all areas that are necessary to build the right ecosystem. This will help them keep in touch with the community and also help share ideas among them.
