Chiratae led $1.1 M Pre-seed funding raised by B2B SaaS startup Pepsales
With the help of additional angel investors, Chiratae Ventures led a pre-seed funding round of $1.1 million for the business-to-business SaaS platform Pepsales.
According to a press release from Pepsales, the money will be used to expand the business, create an enterprise-grade AI SaaS platform, put together a team of experts in technology, product, and AI, and strengthen sales and marketing operations.
Pepsales, which was co-founded in 2023 by Ajay Singh and Abhinandan Sahgal, uses AI and machine learning to assist B2B SaaS companies in developing customized product demos that appeal to prospective customers. With their generic, one-size-fits-all approach, 80% of demos fail to impress buyers during the sales process. This is a critical pain point that the platform aims to address.
The Bengaluru-based company claims that its technology uses data from customers and products to determine what features customers want to see, what they want to see in a live demo, and how to create customized live demos. This method saves a significant amount of time and money by automating the personalization process and simulating the knowledge of seasoned sales engineers.
Pepsales eliminates the difficulties associated with tedious manual editing procedures. It creates customized demos for a buyer in three clicks by using machine learning and general artificial intelligence to analyze all customer interactions and product usage.
