Circular Economy Accelerator launched by Google
For nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs in North America and the Asia Pacific, Google has developed a 10-week accelerator program.
Customer acquisition, product design, leadership development, deep dives into the circular economy, research, and workshops will be the main topics of the Google for Startups Accelerator: Circular Economy.
With the help of Google employees and outside experts, the virtual program will offer entrepreneurs project support on topics including artificial intelligence, geospatial technology, machine learning, and Google Cloud. A specific success manager will also be given to each company.
There will be ten to fifteen entrepreneurs in the cohort that address issues with composting, fashion, food, reuse, recycling, refilling, the built environment, as well as safe and circular materials.
Ten to fifteen startups will be part of the cohort, and they will focus on issues like composting, fashion, food, reuse, recycling, refilling, the built environment, and safe and circular materials.
The region most at risk from the effects of climate change is the Asia Pacific. Ten rivers, eight of which are in the Asia Pacific, are responsible for around 90% of the river-borne plastic that ends up in the ocean. This new initiative intends to develop ideas to assist in resolving this issue.
Applications can be submitted from today through November 14, 2022. Beginning in February 2023, the program.
