Active.Ai, a conversational AI platform utilised by banks and fintech organisations, has been bought by Gupshup, a worldwide conversational engagement company located in Singapore.
Gupshup’s customer experience solutions for BFSI customers have been strengthened as a result of the purchase.
Active.Ai, based in Singapore, provides conversational banking-as-a-service (CBaaS) to BFSI customers in 43 countries, allowing them to communicate with millions of consumers each month.
Active.Ai claims to have handled more than 300 million phone, video, and message conversations, as well as 30 million service requests and 50 million or more inquiries.
InnoCells, Kalaari Capital, Vertex Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, CreditEase, DI, and Kstart are among Active.Ai’s investors.
