CREDAI partners with KSUM to leverage innovative technologies from startups
Thiruvananthapuram: Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), the apex body of real estate developers, has entered into a partnership with Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) to leverage innovative technologies from startups for the construction sector.
Under the partnership, CREDAI will seek products and services from startups as part of the Reverse Pitch Programme organized by KSUM in association with various industry bodies and corporates.
In the first phase, the builders will be looking for products and services that will be handy in managing construction sites and monitoring laborers with the latest technologies’ aid, a release said here on Tuesday.
Mr. M.V. Antony, General Secretary, CREDAI, Kerala; Mr. Ravi Jacob, President, CREDAI, Kochi; and Mr. Ravi Sankar, Secretary, CREDAI, Kochi, will interact with startups in the Reverse Pitch Programme to be held at 3 pm on December 4.
They will present the problems being faced in construction sites before the startups and seek the best innovative products and services.
Startups in the construction sector or those who have technical solutions that can be applied to the domain can also participate in the program.
