Cyber resilience startup Mitigata raises $5.9 M Series A funding from Nexus
Titan Capital and WEH Ventures have joined Nexus Venture Partners in leading Bengaluru-based Mitigata’s $5.9 million Series A fundraising round.
The money raised will go toward improving its AI-powered platform, growing its cyber resilience offerings, and scaling up operations in Indian cities and international markets.
The company runs a full-stack cyber resilience platform that combines risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and cyber insurance into a single, AI-powered solution.
Mitigata intends to expand its compliance, insurance, and security teams and set up three global security operations centers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi.
In addition to being India’s first IRDAI-regulated insurance broker exclusively specializing in cyber insurance, it provides services to more than 500 businesses in 25 industries.
According to a Moneycontrol story, Nexus Venture Partners is seeking to raise $700 million for its eighth fund. In March 2023, the venture business completed its last fund, and the sum raised is the same.
