D2C brand Palette Brands raised $2 M Pre-series A funding from Rockstud Capital
Next-generation consumer goods company Palette Brands (formerly White.Inc.) has raised nearly $2 million in its pre-series A round led by Rockstud Capital. Along with some angel investors, Stoffer Anko Norden and Apurva Salapuria, the round also included some current investors, such as IPV and Dholakia Ventures.
Palette is a company founded by Siddharth Gadodia, Young Yun, Himanshi Tandon, and Bret Recor. Its target market is aspirational, affluent consumers who value great product design. Products in the mass premium category fall into this category because they have a sizable TAM (total available market) and a sizable unmet demand from consumers.
Among Palette’s current brands are Unbottle, a reusable and environmentally friendly drinkware product, and Totem, which makes accessories only for India’s expanding Apple customer base. Ember, a non-toxic cookware line inspired by a dynamic Indian lifestyle and contemporary design, will soon be introduced.
Recently, Box Clever and the startup partnered. Box Clever is renowned for producing experiences and goods that capture consumers’ attention as well as goods for US market leaders.
