D2C refurbished marketplace ReFit Global raised Rs 2 Cr from Shark Tank judges

Anupam Mittal, Vineeta Singh, and Amit Jain are among the Shark Tank judges who have contributed Rs 2 crore at a valuation of Rs 200 crore to ReFit Global, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketplace for refurbished goods.

The money raised will be put toward expanding the company’s reach into new markets, boosting operations, and strengthening its technology base. ReFit Global also intends to improve customer satisfaction and its online presence.

ReFit Global was founded by Saket Saurav and Avneet Singh, and it operates a network of more than 50,000 retailers in almost 100 cities. Within the next five years, the startup hopes to reach its goal of becoming a profitable company valued at Rs 1,000 crore.

“Our primary focus was to create a dynamic alliance with a diverse group of accomplished sharks, each contributing their distinctive insights and expertise. With this opportunity, we are aiming to bring in a clearer vision and market positioning for ReFit,” said Saket Saurav, founder and CEO, ReFit Global.

With 100x year-over-year growth, the bootstrapped company says it secured Rs 200 crore in FY23.
