According to a press release from MIB, the new funding will be utilized to improve decentralized supply chains and create mobile smart factory technologies, such as its flagship product, “Mfreezer.”
Ullas Esturi founded Make in Box (MIB), a deep-tech startup specializing in agritech and smart factories, in 2020. It aims to decentralize supply chains and increase manufacturing efficiency across various industries by integrating AI and mobile smart factory technologies. Industries including auto ancillary, aerospace, defense, construction, inland fisheries, and farming are served by the company’s solutions.
By reducing capital expenditure and increasing sustainability and efficiency, MIB seeks to revolutionize industrial production. By bridging the gap between production and demand, its mobile smart factories will guarantee accessible and localized manufacturing solutions that propel technological advancement and economic growth.
MIB claims that its flagship product, “Mfreezer,” flash-freezes produce at the source using cutting-edge mobile IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology, maintaining food quality and expediting supply chains. The goal of this innovation is to increase the frozen food industry’s sustainability and efficiency.
