Digital assets media publication Blockhead secured funding from Franklin Templeton
The digital assets media publication Blockhead, situated in Singapore, has declared the triumphant conclusion of its funding round.
Blockhead said in a statement on Wednesday that Franklin Templeton, one of the biggest global asset managers, is spearheading the investment.
The announcement claims that this funding round will support Blockhead’s ongoing expansion and innovation in goods and services within the rapidly changing fields of digital assets and blockchain technology.
Currently running a news publication with an Asian focus, Blockhead was founded in 2022 and covers stories from the blockchain and digital assets industries worldwide.
Through the investment, Blockhead will also be able to develop its business strategy and establish itself as the area’s preeminent platform for researching digital assets.
With its insights, analytics, and market intelligence on the digital asset and cryptocurrency landscape, the research platform, called BRN, complements their current media product offering and will function as a comprehensive resource for institutional and high-net-worth investors.
In-depth analysis and research with a focus on digital assets is what Blockhead wants to become—a reliable partner.
“Our position as a digital assets-focused publication gives us a unique view of the direction of the industry, where we are now able to develop our proposition to incorporate in-depth and market-leading research, tools, and capabilities,
“A strategic partnership with a legacy financial institution like Franklin Templeton is testament to the potential of our projects and will play a key role in the development and launch of our products and services this year,” said Mark Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Blockhead.
It is noted that BRN sets itself apart from more general market overviews or data services by providing institutional investors with independent market commentary and insights in the digital asset space, and by providing insider perspectives not available through public channels. These insights typically cover top tokens, major industry themes, and the macroeconomic environment.
“We are seeing high growth potential for digital assets in Asia and believe that Blockhead’s insights and future business plans are at a very exciting juncture,
“This investment is part of our efforts to foster a global ecosystem of digital asset operators that can capitalize on the multitude of benefits that blockchain technology offers,” said Kevin Farrelly, Director of Digital Asset Management at Franklin Templeton.
Blockchain and cryptocurrency innovation is being spearheaded by Blockhead, a digital assets media platform situated in Singapore.
Blockhead endeavors to cater to the changing requirements of the financial sector by emphasizing institutional crypto research and building the foundational framework for tokenized assets.
