Dopplr raised $750K from Cornerstone Ventures, BAT VC
Dopplr, a company that offers online clothing retailers virtual try-on options, has raised $750,000 in funding, with support from US-based BAT VC and Cornerstone Ventures leading the round.
Dopplr plans to expand its operations to a larger range of apparel categories, such as sportswear, lifestyle, and innerwear brands, with the proceeds.
Dopplr, an innovative virtual try-on technology company founded in 2020, enables online clothing brands to provide their customers with a lifelike 3D experience. Shoppers can use it to make digital twins, figure out how big they should buy each item of clothing, and see how the items would look on them.
In addition to producing useful behavior data, this tailored approach also records in-depth online shopping habits from customers.
Dopplr gives brands the ability to use this data to make wise decisions and give their customers a more tailored shopping experience.
