Drone tech startup Enercomp raises Rs 2 Cr Bridge funding

Angel investors led a bridge round in which drone tech startup Enercomp Solutions raised Rs 2 crore. Bestvantage Investments, a boutique investment advisory firm that links high-growth startups with strategic capital throughout India and the Middle East, provided advice and facilitated the round.
The money raised will be utilized to increase production, scale research and development for drone software driven by AI, and increase delivery capacity for extensive nationwide deployments.
In order to improve its intellectual property, product stack, and execution capabilities, Enercomp has a strategic investment plan of Rs 8 crore for the upcoming year.
Enercomp was established in Ahmedabad and functions at the nexus of services, software, and hardware. Its integrated offerings include a proprietary GIS analytics platform, drone-as-a-service (DaaS), and domestic drone manufacturing.
The company claims to have created seven in-house drone models, including surveillance, fixed-wing, and VTOL models, which are currently being used in both government and commercial projects.
Customers of Enercomp include Tata Projects, Reliance, Mahindra Susten, L&T, and various government organizations. Product sales account for 70% of Enercomp’s revenue. Enterprise and public sector customers use its software dashboard to analyze mission-critical data in real time.
Profitability was maintained, according to Enercomp, which increased from Rs 3.1 crore in FY23 to Rs 5.6 crore in FY24. With an active order book of over Rs 9 crore, the company reports that it has already generated Rs 4.2 crore in revenue in FY25.
The startup’s valuation has increased from Rs 12.5 crore to Rs 60 crore, and it has raised Rs 6.9 crore so far in previous rounds. The founding team still owns more than 80.5% of the company, including a 4% ESOP pool.
