East Ventures invested in children’s educational game platform SoLeLands

Since technology has become so ingrained in our daily lives, the majority of children today grow up as digital natives, but a lot of the online content they encounter does not give them the skills necessary for their development.

In recognition of this, Jonathan Prathama and Adhi Paisoseputra, who are both parents, joined forces to create the educational game platform SoLeLands.

A major goal of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game is to help its participants identify their passions and get them ready for new challenges. In addition to learning about virtues, life skills, and competencies like literacy and numeracy, children can choose their careers, which include archaeologists, inventors, and biologists.

Parents can view their children’s interests and passions using a tool that SoLeLands also provides.

The Singapore-based company claims that the additional funds will be used for product development, capacity building, as well as to get ready for the game’s soft launch in the fourth quarter of 2023.
