Edgehax raises Rs 1.39 Cr Seed funding from IPV

Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) has contributed Rs 1.39 crore in seed funding to Edgehax, a startup focused on Edge AI computing.

The money raised will be utilized to increase production, speed up the creation of new products, and enter foreign markets like Singapore, the US, and Europe.

Edgehax, which was founded in 2025 by Prabhu Stavarmath and Savitri Patil, manufactures modular edge hardware that integrates storage, connectivity, and computation onto a single board. With the help of its platform, businesses, OEMs, and startups can create hardware products more quickly and independently of global supply chains.

In addition to providing developer kits to over 100,000 students and faculty at 30 universities and IITs, Edgehax is already working with more than 150 businesses and supporting India’s skilling ecosystem.

Defense systems, autonomous vehicles, drones, humanoid robots, industrial gateways, and 4G/5G connectivity all use the startup’s hardware. It supports industrial edge gateways with its proprietary DvarOS.

The MeitY Bhashini Startup Velocity 1.0 award was recently won by Edgehax, which won the NXP Silicon Seeds Startup Program 2025 for developing affordable Edge AI compute modules for consumer and automotive IoT.

Global competitors like NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm Robotics RB5, and Raspberry Pi are rivals of Edgehax.
