Elevation Capital, others led Rs 34 Cr raised by Mesa School of Business

Elevation Capital and well-known angel investors like Kunal Shah (Cred), Vidit Aatrey (Meesho), Abhiraj Bahl, and others have contributed Rs 34 crore to Mesa School of Business.

For a founding cohort of 60 carefully selected students, Mesa School intends to develop a cutting-edge, practical, and application-based curriculum, designed and delivered in collaboration with startup leaders and potential future employers.

Mesa claims that this will be a full-time, 12-month PG program in startup leadership with a Bengaluru base. Students will have access to opportunities for leadership roles at the top startups and technology companies in the nation upon completion of the program.

The one-year PG program in startup leadership’s founding cohort is scheduled to begin classes in September of this year.

Additionally, the curriculum will emphasize students’ personal leadership development through more than 200 hours of leadership workshops with army veterans, hackathons on stage presence and communication with coaches and theater professionals, and one-on-one industry mentoring.

In April 2022, the venture capital firm Elevation Capital announced the launch of its $80-million eighth fund. The company, which has offices in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Salt Lake City, has invested in more than 150 businesses across consumer internet, SaaS, fintech, consumer brands, edtech, healthtech, and web3/crypto.
