Enterprise AI platform Loop AI raises $14 M Series A funding

Nyca Partners led a $14 million Series A funding round for the enterprise AI platform Loop AI. Additionally, Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital, and Operators Studio participated in the round.
Osama Bedier, a former executive at Google and GoDaddy, will join Loop AI’s board as part of the round.
The money raised will be utilized to develop Loop AI’s teams in Bengaluru, Tampa, San Francisco, and New York, as well as to broaden its product line. To assist restaurant operators in managing delivery profitably without affecting in-store margins, the company intends to make additional investments in AI-driven workflows.
Founded in 2022, Loop AI develops an enterprise AI platform for back-office operations in restaurants and retail establishments. Its software uses AI-driven automation to help brands manage marketing, operations, finance, and delivery-led workflows.
The platform’s goal is to help restaurants increase their profits while expanding their delivery and takeout business, which is currently one of the sector’s fastest-growing channels.
According to the company, it currently supports thousands of restaurant locations in the US and collaborates with over 300 brands. Due to increased adoption by large and mid-sized restaurant chains, Loop AI has expanded sixfold since 2024.
Among its clients are restaurant chains like Lazy Dog and Starbird, which use Loop AI’s platform to enhance delivery quality and operational effectiveness.
