Vinay Bansal, Ankur Mittal, Mitesh Shah, and Vinod Bansal, executives at Inflection Point Ventures, founded the fund, which intends to invest in startups from Pre-Series A to Series B.

Physis Capital intends to develop a portfolio of 15–20 companies and will invest between $1 million and $3 million per startup.

Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, Haldiram’s Family Office, Lotus Holdings, Ajmera Realty, Narayana Nethralaya, and DS Group are among the institutional investors and family offices that have supported the fund.

The company claims that ten startups have already committed or deployed more than 60% of the corpus. Momentum, Olyv, STAGE, Hudle, and ElevateNow are all part of its portfolio.

The fund is currently concentrating on industries like consumer tech, fintech, and deeptech and anticipates finishing deployment within the next six to eight months.

In Q4 of CY26, Physis Capital also intends to introduce a larger second fund.

In June of last year, the company’s ongoing fundraising efforts had raised more than Rs 200 crore ($23 million).
