Fintech startup Mysa raised $2.8 M Seed funding from Blume Ventures

Blume Ventures led a $2.8 million seed round for Mysa, a unified banking and finance platform for mid-sized businesses.

Emphasis Ventures (EMVC), Antler, Neon Fund, and CIIIE participated in the round, and prominent founders such as Mohit Kumar (Ultrahuman), Sriharsha Majety (Swiggy), Naiyaa Saagi (MyGlamm), Nitin Gupta (Uni), and Nishith Rastogi (Locus) served as angel investors.

The money raised will be utilized to increase the team’s size, boost customer growth, and develop the core platform’s capabilities.

Co-founded by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa gives businesses the ability to improve control, streamline processes, and make wise financial decisions. The platform unifies all aspects of the financial process into a single, smooth system, including bill collection, tax compliance, payment execution, and ERP syncs.

Mysa says it has onboarded businesses from a variety of industries, such as DPDZero, Kouzina, Guru & Jana, Swish, and Rigi. In order to offer integrated current account operations, the company is collaborating with Yes Bank and focusing on companies that generate between Rs 10 and Rs 300 crore in revenue and expenses annually.

In addition to classifying expenses and predicting due dates, Mysa Smart Scan automatically creates contextual narratives for bills. This intelligence includes intelligent payment routing and invoice collection through bots, and the mobile app guarantees mobile banking accessibility.
