Flick TV raised $2.3 M Seed funding from Stellaris Ventures

Flick TV, an OTT microdrama business, has raised $2.3 million (Rs 19.7 crore) in its seed fundraising round, which was led by Stellaris Venture Partners and included Gemba Capital and Titan Capital.
With the goal of producing 100 original episodes this year, the money raised will be utilized to expand content development and introduce programming in four regional languages.
Along with growing the platform’s user base and staff, the financing will also aid enhance the mobile streaming experience.
Flick TV, which was founded in April 2025 by former ShareChat executives Kushal Singhal and Sanidhya Mittal and former Pocket FM director Pratik Anand, provides brief serialized storylines, or microdramas, with episodes lasting between 30 seconds and 10 minutes. These are shared on social media and over-the-top (OTT) platforms and are tailored for mobile-first audiences.
Targeting housewives and shopkeepers, Flick TV has amassed over 10,000 downloads on the Play Store and provides short stories about crime, love, heartbreak, drama, and other topics.
Users of Flick TV pay modest sums for each episode, which is how the service makes money. As user engagement increases, the site intends to launch quarterly and monthly options.
