Flipkart veteran Anil Goteti launches fintech startup for Gen Z, Millennials

With an aim to revolutionize the fintech industry for the youth, Flipkart veteran, Anil Goteti, has recently made an announcement of the launch of a fintech startup called ‘Scapia’, in partnership with Federal Bank. This fintech startup will focus on serving the needs of the Gen Z and Millennial generations.

Commenting on the new venture, Anil Goteti, Founder, Scapia, said, “Travelling is a passion for me and I was thinking of what to do next, and I realised that there are a lot of problems that today’s younger generation faces when it comes to travelling abroad freely, especially on the payments side. This Scapia card will definitely be a game-changer.”

He further added, “Our target segment is 25–40-year-olds and if you look at millennials and Gen Zs, we have found out that they want to live in the moment and are ready to spend on travel experiences. We have also found out that they are looking for cards like this that have the best integration for the entire travel experience.”

Anil Goteti is looking to bring a fresh perspective to the world of finance and empower the youth with innovative solutions.

The Bengaluru based startup, Scapia, will address the financial challenges faced by Gen Z and Millennials, who are known for their tech-savviness and different preferences when it comes to managing their money. Scapia will fill in the gap between traditional banking and the kind of banking done now.

With the launch of his fintech startup, Scapia, Goteti believes that it has immense potential to disrupt the fintech industry and to create a trusted platform. As Gen Z and Millennials increasingly embrace digital banking, Anil Goteti’s venture promises to provide an innovative and inclusive solution to the challenges faced by the next generation of consumers.
